Any tips, advice, workout techniques, or diet advice to help me lose wight? I am 14 and my weight won’t seem to budge! i do not have access to a gym but i do have one of those giant balls and weights! Thanks!

Morning-Breakfeast-cereal,coco puffs 1 cup.Morning Fitness-50 jumping jacks and 20 crunches.Afternoon-Lunch-water/babycarrots.After noon Fitness -50 jumping jacks and 10 pushups.Night-Dinner-baby carrots wit. shrimp and potatoes,also 2 scoops of rice.Dessert-furit salad.Night Fitess-10 pull ups.i made this for my cousin because she is fat.so i want to know if this diet and fitness will work for her.
