Could this cause any muscle damage ?
I workout 5 day and normally take a full weeks rest every 6-8 weekss a week.. ..I work out pretty hard..I only work each muscle one time per week and warm up before and stretch before and after..I workout correctly..but I feel as though I over worry..I have tendinitis due to have Ulcerative Colitis..siunce my colon stays inflamed it causes my joints to sometime ache and be in pain..my doctor told me proper exercise would be best though to relieve the pain from the tendinitis..and for to continue to stay active.. I have lifted weights since I was 16 so 4 years now..My problem is though when I am at the gym friends always slap me( not really hard) on my arm, chest back and where ever to say "see ya later" or something like that..I was wondering if this could do any muscle damage?…Sometimes I feel slight discomfort and sometimes only when i really think about it..I don’t notice any bruises and I can still lift weights ..I was wondering if I am just over worried about it..I consume a good diet with plenty of protein and also take a multi and amino acids..I am not sure if I am over worried about muscle damage from friends slapping me or me bumping into things ( am clumsy lol.???
