i have been getting low grade fever, headeach, muscle and joints pain, nausea, lost of appetite.

I am a border line diabetic, and I have proteinuria. with the above symptoms, I went to see my doctor who did a lot of tests:

decreased wbc, rbc, hemogoblin, hematocrit, potasium, calicium. increase ESR 49. GI found hiatal hernia, Urologist found kidney stones. Now I have dry cough for weeks. All the above symptoms so far 5 weeks.

RA was within normal limit
Any other idea?
