When I woke up this morning I had breakfast as usual and then got ready for school. Well I started to feel a little claustrophobic (the symptoms of it anyway) and anxious and on my way to school, my right arm went slightly numb. This set off my panic attack because (and it sounds stupid now) I thought my arm was empty and that I didn’t have any muscles or bones because I couldn’t lift it. Well, I was only in the car for about 15 minutes, and I was still feeling very nervous when I arrived to school. It went away eventually, but throughout the day, I kept feeling aches and pain in my joints and fingers in both of my arms. At one point, I was terrified to stretch out my arm because I was afraid my arm would snap and invert.

Right now, it feels like the muscles are sore, but not the same kind of sore that you would get whenever you exercise too much. It’s really painful and I don’t want this to affect me at school, please help.
About five years ago, I had really bad panic attacks but up until today, I haven’t experienced anything similair, so this wasn’t a common thing… thank you
