I went to the hospital and was told I have TMJ. My jaw hurts so bad, I cant even sleep, at all.

I have tried
Cold packs - not working much anymore, and its hard to fall asleep holding it.
Hot packs - same as cold packs, not working.
Aspirin- Not working…
Ib profin- i took 4, still awake and in pain.

Please dont tell me to drink some liquor, I know it will make me drunk and sleep, i dont have it, and i cant buy it. so.. yeah. please give me some real advice

((p.s i know, go to a dentist, i will once i have money to, i dont know of any dentist that will "bill me"))
