Swelling and pain in hands at 37 weeks pregnant?

Just this week I have been having pain in my hand joints and swelling when I wake up. It can be when I get up of the morning or after I take an hour nap. Has anyone else had this happen late in pregnancy and did it stay with you until the end? Thanks.

it might be a sign of high blood pressure i would call my doctor if i were you..

sounds like your are retaining water, try massaging your hands and feet to get the circulation going ask your Dr, if it is something else, she/he will help you
