I am a 22 year old female.
This week I noticed the joints in the fingers of my left hand were very achy and even sometimes the joints in the palm of my hand (like where your fingers attached to the palm). The weird thing is, only the inside part of the joints have this pain (mainly if I press of them or if I grab something). The part of the joint on the outside of my hand has no pain.
The finger with the most pain is my ring finger (especially the top most joint). I have been taking advil and that has really helped a lot.
When I wake up in the morning the joints are almost itchy and this is when they hurt the most (probably because the advil has worn off at this point).
I have no stiffness or trouble moving my fingers or joints.
I don’t know if this is arthritis or the product of a pinched nerve because 3 weeks ago I was having pinched sciatic nerve symptoms in my lower back which ran down into the back of my thighs (this pain has since went away).
